This is a print of a map that I hand created. I first draw the base in with pencil. In this map the water and land colors were added computer graphically. All illustrations and text were drawn by hand in pen and ink and later water color. This was my very first map. It was inspired by several much older versions done of the famous and historical Bay of Mobile. The bay is known and loved by so many that I decided to create and updated version. It has enough white space around it to look good in a standard frame 18" x 24". It includes historical, current day, environmental, nautical trivia.....many little secrets are hidden within.

I find that men are particularly fond of maps. Therefore as a gift, fathers, sons and grandfathers are great candidates to buy for. Additionally folks like to use my map as wall art in their beach condo or maybe in their place up north so they can show friends where they visit.
