Venice Florida, the Island. This is a map of the area I am from. Venice is a lovely town full of history. The "Island" is featured here. It should be, it is beautiful. The community works hard at that. There are many snowbirds that spend time in our area. This is a perfect gift for them. Or a college student that grew up in Venice and is going off to school. Perhaps to decorate a condo that you bought here as a rental property. A local business owner...

The map is 16" x 20”. I weighted it on the bottom so you can fit in a standard frame. I left the weighted bottom because I sometimes paint a homes or boat on the bottom for folks. The original map is pencil, pen and ink, water color, acyrilic ... You should be able to see other photos with an example of personalization. to add a hand painted house is from 20. to 30. extra depending on time and detail. but if you want only a small calligraphy message or little marker somewhere in the map there is no extra charge.
